Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, monitor P&L, and ensure financial targets are met.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff performance.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
